Conceptual Work

 

I have always tried in my conceptual work to be as exploratory as possible; to push the boundaries and to try new and innovative approaches in the hope that they might find their way - even if just in a small manner - in to my professional work. I am obsessed with suspension,  the human form, the hidden, and the unification of philosophy, art and physics; from the atomic to the cosmic; both metaphorically and physically.

As someone who is passionate about design, I find my main medium for these exploratory works is in the melding of philosophical readings, the study of anatomy and physics, Architectural (and other art) related precedents, Rhino, grasshopper, 3D printing, hand sketching, photoshop, and InDesign.
