I think important for any aspiring professional, withing the arts - to have intellectual pursuits and hobbies that allow us express ourselves through different mediums. Sports, and social clubs are great for the mind and soul, but also important for networking and finding work. For these reasons, I have found the following very important to my continued professional development.

I am a lover of books, more specifically: Fictional Classics, Philosophy, Brain improvement and understanding, Physics, Astrophysics, and anything Architecture. I am a avid traveller and keen photographer of people and architecture; I have even done paid gigs. I love music, I have played guitar for many years, but my new love is the Piano – which I took up about a year ago. I have enjoyed learning the Moonlight Sonata (first movement), Beethoven’s Emperor Concerto (second movement), Bach’s Prelude in C and have just started Chopin’s Prelude in E Minor. I am also an avid golfer these days (also rather good for business) and am now down to a 3.4 handicap after 2.5 years of playing.
